Early Morning Mist

Scotland's landscapes are spectacular. The Highlands are one of the most scenic locations in the world. The rugged mountains and seascapes make it a photographers paradise. Of course there are days when the mist is down, it is raining and the dreaded midges deter anyone form venturing out unless they need to, but when the clouds clear, the mist rolls back and shafts of light illuminate the landforms then it is just fortunate to be in the right place at the right time.
